Mallvest Refund & Investment Policy

1. Cashew Investment Cancellation
1.1 Pre-Funding Window
You may cancel your cashew batch investment commitment within 24 hours of funding without penalty. After this window closes, your funds are allocated to the cashew export cycle and can no longer be cancelled.
1.2 Funding Failure
If a cashew batch does not meet its minimum funding target or is otherwise cancelled by Mallvest, 100% of your committed funds will be returned to your wallet within 3 business days.
⏳ 24-Hour Cooling-Off: You have a full day to reconsider your cashew investment. After that, the funding is locked and deployed for export.
2. Refund Eligibility for Active Investments
Mallvest's principal protection guarantee applies to all funded cashew batches:
2.1 If a cashew batch does not generate sufficient export sales within the 30-day cycle, your original investment amount is fully refunded to your wallet.
2.2 If a batch performs successfully and generates export sales, you receive your original funding back plus the agreed profit-share. No additional refund applies after payout.

3. Refund Process & Timeline
3.1 How to Request
Submit a refund request via email to support@mallvest.com with your cashew batch ID and reason for the request.
3.2 Verification
Mallvest will verify the request within 3 business days.
3.3 Payout
Approved refunds are processed within 5-10 business days via the original payment method or wallet.
3.4 Fees
No deduction or penalty applies to principal-protected refunds.
💳 No Hidden Fees: We don't charge any processing or cancellation fees for eligible refunds. What you invested is what you get back.
4. Non-Refundable Items
4.1 Fees
Any transaction, gateway, or processing fees charged are non-refundable.
4.2 Profit-Share
If a cashew batch sells successfully, the profit-share has already been earned and is not subject to refund.
These items are clearly disclosed before you confirm your cashew investment.
